the confusion continues.

History: My maiden name is Sheffield. I went to Jr. High & High School with a girl named Ariel Singleton. Ariel Sheffield. Ariel Singleton. Very similar. People often got us confused, despite the fact that we look NOTHING alike and have NONE of the same interests. I had boys call and ask me out... thinking I was the Ariel they went to band camp with {I was not in band}. My name was in the Chess Club in the yearbook {I don't even know how to play chess}. Things like this happened a lot. I thought I was done with that because: 1. I haven't seen her since high school 2. we have no mutual friends 3. I have a new last name.

Not so.

Today: I go by my maiden name at work {another story}. I got an email today from a guy that I went to high school with. I recognized his name as soon as I saw the email. He was inquiring about possible internships with Arbinger. I replied, told him we didn't have any opportunities, and didn't mention that I knew him. Of course, he replied with: "Hey did you go to Davis? This is ______! We were in theatah {theater with a british accent, I guess} together!" I wasn't in theater. I replied kindly... telling him that NO I was NOT the Ariel he was in theater with... and YES I did graduate with him from Davis.

This just cracked me up... I never thought I would be confused with Ariel Singleton again! Never say never, right? I'll be looking forward to the next time this occurs. I bet he feels dumb though :)

How funny :) You're the first Ariel I've ever met. Did you see Danny got voted off?? What do you do exactly (Work wise)? Have I already asked you that?? Sorry for all the questions :)

sorry you're still getting mixed up. andrea hilton and I used to have a hard time playing soccer together because the coach never knew who was who. Adrienne and Andrea don't seem that close to me but I've very sorry you've had it worse
