ten foolproof ways to get out of a no good, very bad mood:

1. take a nice warm shower.

2. snuggle your child after naptime. it helps if they are exceptionally cuddly. i think sometimes they know you're in a bad mood and cuddle up for an extra long time.

3. go to dinner + a jazz game with friends. make sure to laugh a whole lot. and do some people watching. oh and it also helps if the jazz win.

4. while you're at the jazz game, enjoy a $4.00 fountain drink and a $4.00 churro, with no remorse.

5. get on lds.org and look up some comforting quotes from the prophets.

6. hold hands with your spouse.

7. make brownies and eat one {also with no remorse}.

8. watch some good reality tv, like the bachelor. poke fun at the ridiculous guy + girls.

9. look forward to something fun, like a baby shower for tru.

10. "press the delete key" on the thoughts that enter your mind that might put you back into that no good very bad mood.

well at least it worked for me yesterday!

happy groundhog day!
i'm certain today will be a much better day than yesterday.

i am sorry that you had a bad day deary! i hope today is better! it sounded like you had a fun day though...if it makes you feel better i sat on my couch, without a shower all day working...now that is gross and depressing!

Also, have Seth ramble about his hopes and dreams. It makes lots of people laugh. Additionally, Russ has an iPhone...so...maybe that'll make people happy.
