last night we had our very own new year celebration. me, sean, & serena {until she went to bed at 7:00. . . i tell ya, she's a sleeping fool!}.
it was nice to be at home and be lazy. but we still decorated. and we still made a bunch of terribly fattening appetizers to snack on. we watched harry potter & the special features on glee {little new year came a little early} & did some sparklers at midnight-ish. truthfully we got so tired that we did our sparklers at around 11:30 so we could watch the countdown in bed and promptly fall asleep :) it was nice. what a great year 2009 was.

Yeah we did about the same. That's awesome that Serena is sleeping a ton. Good for you! I'm jealous. You need to let out the secret how to make this happen.
