the problem.

the problem with clothes is that they have to be washed after you've worn them.

the problem with laundry is that it has to be folded and put away.

the problem with having a window seat in your bedroom is that it is a great place to stack piles and piles of clean, folded, laundry, never to be hung up or put into drawers.

We NEVER have this problem. Really, we don't have a window sill :)

Do you really fold your clothes before you hang them up? THAT'S your problem.... :)

Ha Ha, yes our window seat also doubles as a 'laundry station.'

HATE laundry. one helpful tip that I've grown to love is this rule: never take the clothes out of the dryer unfolded. the second i open the dryer, no matter what i'm doing, i discipline myself to fold them right then and there. i kneel down by my dryer and fold every piece and place them into a basket. then i put the basket in my bedroom, or on top of the dryer to put away the clothes later. it's soooo much easier to put clothes away when they are neatly folded in a basket. try it... ;)

Yep, the window seat should really be called the clothes station because that is all we use ours for. :)
