It goes in phases. Some easy, some hard, some weird, some really hard, some really easy... It gets better. Right now, for me, it is a little hard at bedtime(getting the kids to bed after asking ten times), and there is some teasing and fighting. That is my rambling for a Sat. morning. Hang in there. Naps help too:)
welcome to parenting :) you're lucky Sean takes a turn getting up... Randy just couldn't do it (I'd have to kick, push and everything to get him awake that I was already so awake it didn't matter anymore)
It does get easier. I thought at around 6-9 weeks (when she dropped her first night feeding) it got alot easier. She is so cute though! Definitely worth all the hard work:)
It is SO much harder than expected, isn't it? But very true - SO worth it all!
I felt like 3 months old was a major turning point for me... at 3 months everything got much easier and he was so much happier, not needing burped as much, nursed much better, etc! Hang in there! :)

Here is my take on parenting:
1.) Lets go to the store....an hour and half later we are finally ready to make the trip!
2.) My favorite part of the day is 5 pm so I can come home and hang out with Serena.
3.)How did I get stuck with the 3:30 am feeding time?
4.)I love every minute of it!

AMEN! I feel the same way! I don't think it gets easier, but you get the hang of it, so it feels easier :) BUT, it is definitely worth every second!
P.S. She is precious! She sure looks like her daddy though huh?!
