had potato soup & rolls for dinner. cranked up the heat. put up 2/3 of our christmas tree. {the bottom section was too wide for the space.} ready to cuddle up & watch a movie.
but if it doesn't snow like 5 more inches during the night, this "blizzard" has been a big disappointment.
You are a genius - we are thinking we need to put the tree on a table, but it's too tall and we're not buying a shorter one. Just the top parts! Genius.
Also, it looks like a lovely blizzard-y evening to me!

Man, that "blizzard" sucked! I was hoping to be snowed in w/ my 3 girls.
SUCH a disappointment. Dave was getting ready for Armageddon but instead we got an hour of really windy snow. Bummer.
I know, this storm ended up not being so great. We put up our tree, too.
Love that you have your tree up. Ours is up but not decorated. Your soup looks yummy!
