{we are celebrating today.}

ha! don't mind my cheesy title. i'm serving these cuties with some chicken tortilla soup on valentines day. sooo romantic.

isn't valetines day the best? hearts. romance. cards. candy. flowers.

i don't get why all guys hate it :)

gratitude.

today i am grateful for my family.

especially for my sweet serena.

my heart is breaking for the toone family.

i don't know them. but my heart hurts for them.

i can't even imagine how their hearts are hurting.

tomorrow i plan to:

kiss my girl 2x as much as usual {which is a lot}.

play on the floor with her without the tv on, or another project on mind.

lower her crib {she is getting dangerously close to pulling herself up in it}.

read this book to her. {a valentine from grandma & grandpa}

hug + kiss her some more.

each box contains books

which were counted,

put into stacks,

and then stuffed into packets.

then they were re-counted.

then packaged.

then weighed.

then moved.

then labeled.

it's a rough life being the shipping coordinator and simultaneously covering for the secretary {who is living it up at disneyworld}. lots of running back and forth between the front desk and the shipping room when the phone rings :)

my back is tired.

p.s. this picture doesn't even include the stack of boxes that the Express guy picked up. fyi.

i wish i could fly to nyc to see dawn upshaw perform on march 17. or san francisco on march 20. or los angeles on march 23. or san antonio on may 21. or better yet, LONDON on march 9, 2011.

her voice is angelic. so clear and beautiful and amazing. i ♥ her.
